SHIPMENT:

In most cases your order will be processed on the same day and exported the next official working day by fully insured EMS Speed Post Parcel. A shipment advise will be sent to you by email with the exported parcel tracking number facility to Monitor the movement of shipment and its arrival schedule. Normally an Air mail speed post parcel reaches at your door within 3 to 4 days.

MINIMUM ORDER :

It is up to you. Stocking will benefit you in postage and insurance, and will be helpful in planning your day ahead sales and to fulfill your customers’ immediate needs. Please select the items of your interest and place your order to enable us to hold on the items in your favour. You may also give us some substitute lot numbers of your choices by email, as there are changes that some of the items you ordered may have already been sold out.

PAY ONLINE-OFFLINE:

For immediate shipment you can pay online. You may also pay by offline by making a cheque/bank draft/cashier’s cheque/personal money order in US Dollars in favour of ‘ WORLD VIN GEMS”. Personal cheque can also be sent, but shipment will be effected Only after realization of your cheque and subsequent credit to the nostro account of banker, as per Central Bank rules, which takes about 25 days.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE:

So far we have had no experience of our goods/gemstones being returned by our customers. We are confident of the quality of our products and pricing. However, In the unlikely event of your wish to return any gemstone please do inform us in advance. Please do not return any goods to us by private courier services like DHL, Fedex etc. And use only the Airmail Postal Service. The goods being returned will have to be Insured at your end. While replacement is done free of cost less airmail postage in genuine cases, refunding will be processed at a 10% restocking cost which will be deducted to your account. Lot breaking and selection is not allowed.

AAA	>	Clean to very very small inclusion. Eye clean, fine luster and transparency, Bright stones with fine color saturation, table clean, fine cut and polish. No Color zoning, unless otherwise indicated.

AA	>	Very small natural inclusions are seen by 10 x magnification which do not Affect the beauty of a natural gemstone. Other qualities stands as in the case Of AAA grading.

A	>	Small inclusion. Inclusions seen by naked eye. But table clean, good cut And polish.

BBB	>	Flawless to eye clean, Cabochons/plates/beads grades. Perfect shape, fine Color, transparent, translucent to opaque as per natural characteristics of Cabochon graded gemstones.

BB	>	Inclusions inside the stones which stands for the natural gems quality only.
